Windows 7 Guide To Boost Internet Speed

At first I tried this just to find out what its use but it seemed to really improve my internet speed. I shared this to some sites and they tested this really works.

Note: This guide is only for Windows 7 of any versions.

Step 1: Find the connectivity icon in the system tray (found at the bottom right of the screen) and go to Network and Sharing Center. You can also find this in the control panel.

Step 2: Go to Manage Network Connections and select the Local Area Connection you are using.

Step 3: Right-click on it, select Properties and click the Configure button and another Config Box will pop-up.

Step 4: Go to Advance tab then find and enter the following:
Note: Remeber the default values so that you can still undo the changes you have made.

           Receive Buffer = 1
Speed & Duplex = 100 Mbps Full Duplex
Transmit Buffer = 100 or anything you want. It's up to you what is better, just try it.

Step 5: Click OK button to save the changes you have made.

After this try connecting and you'll see the sudden improvement in your connection.

PLEASE FEEDBACK OR LEAVE YOUR COMMENTS if this works in yours. Thank you.
